MY VOMIT DRAFT

I've done it! Today I completed the First Draft (or Vomit Draft) of "Club Love"!

I am so damn happy and proud of myself right now.

This story has been over 12 years in the making and now it is finally a reality for me!

There was a lot of inspiration when I had joined Triggerstreet.com. Great folks over there, lots of great information and stories from the battlefield!

I also think that ready Save The Cat was a great help. It really gave me a fresh perspective on my writing.

I can finally say, "I have written Club Love" instead of "I'm going to write Club Love".

Wow.

BTW, I am still trying to figure out what to do next. Some people say you should sit on it a while and then head back for the re-write. Some say just keep going and get right into it.

My first priority will be to print it and read it through. I love the feeling of holding it in my hands as opposed to reading the .pdf document on my computer screen.

Then... I'll decide.

I know that I have a few great books on the re-write process, so I'll probably dig into those a bit before deciding as well.

I'm right in the middle of McKee's "Story", which I really got into after the first chapter or so. I know that I want to complete this book before I do anything as well. Great information in there!

Ok, that's all for now!

A COUPLE COOL QUOTES!

The worst thing you write is better than the best thing you don't write - Sol Sacks

Even if you are on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there. -Will Rogers

Luck? I don't know anything about luck. I've never banked on it, and I'm not afraid of people who do. Luck to me is something else: hard work - and realizing what is opportunity and what isn't. -Lucille Ball

"Story" by Robert McKee

I had seen this book and scanned through it briefly at the bookstore. I wasn't very interested. Seemed like A TON of information so I didn't want to get into it because I felt it would just take my time away from actually writing.

Well, I ended up purchasing the book because I really want to learn more about STORY! About creating a story that will captivate the reader. About the true meaning of what story is all about.

McKee comes recommended highly by many people in the industry, so I will read the book and see what I get from it!

Once I'm done, I'll give an update on my thoughts.

FINALLY, MY 40 CARDS

I had been stuck for a while. Hit page 46 with full stride and then BAM! I just got blocked. I know what my story is but I just didn't have the scenes down on my cards to help me get the flow through the mid-point.

Spent some time out by the pool over the weekend. Laid back, closed my eyes, watched my movie in my mind.

It just started to flow and I wrote down each scene as it did. It happened quickly and I just couldn't help but smile.

I went completely through from the mid-point to my final image!

So, now I've got the map, I just have to go in and write the second half of this sucker.

I truly believe now in the index card method and really getting your scenes down on those before you start writing. I'm sure some people will just write an outline, which may be a method I will try in the future, but the cards are what are doing it for me.

Ok, that is all for now... back soon... hopefully with a heading of "I'VE COMPLETED THE ROUGH DRAFT OF 'CLUB LOVE'"

JANKY-ASS HOLLYWOOD PROMOTERS

Seriously, how can someone be a promoter and be broke? If a promoter cannot pay-out the people that they hire that night, there is something economically wrong with their situation. Trying to floss like they are high-rollers but in all seriousness, they are some broke ass jokes that don't make any money at promoting. The folks that run THIS SO-CALLED PROMOTIONS COMPANY are just that. They couldn't hit off a $300 payment at the end of the night. How sad is that. They couldn't get enough business to make $300? And even so, they didn't have $300 in their wallet to pay-out someone? Seriously sad.

I'm an old cat with a new bat, don't forget it. I've been doing the Hollywood club scene for MANY years now. People like this, I've seen them come and go. Like these clowns... they don't realize that they'll be out of business in a year, broke ... and I'll still be in the Hollywood scene. Makin' my money with business people that also make money. Teemaree said it best, "How can I do business with someone that doesn't have any money?"

It's bad business and it shows no character for people to say something - make a verbal contract even - and not uphold their word. In the REAL WORLD, there is no such thing as "I'll pay you tomorrow". The only circumstance that would have me accept this sort of deal is if it was a good friend of mine that I have known for a while. Someone I trust.

The night that these guys couldn't pay-out, some crazy dude who kept calling me "pimp", seriously put himself into a bad situation. He just doesn't get it... and that's fine. Like I said, he'll be back to his 9-5 within the year and I'll still be in the scene makin' my money.

I actually feel really bad for these people. But at the same time, your character really shows a lot and determines how things will play out.

God is watchin' People should remember that!

THE MIKE CHEDA F/U

O.k., so I hadn't heard back from Mr. Cheda on my script idea so I emailed him to follow-up.

Good thing I did.

He said he thought he had emailed and also explained the importance of figuring out his email program.

Anyhoos...

He said that my idea for Club Love wouldn't really be something that the studios would consider. Mostly because the idea centers around a Hollywood Nightclub and most movies that deal with anything "Hollywood" wouldn't work unless it's an established writer creating it.

His suggestion... well, it's just one man's opinion.

"Club Love" is at page 46 and not stopping anytime soon!

Viva la "Club Love"

OUT OF THE SLUMP!

I had talked about being stuck a few posts back.

Well, I just wrote 6 more pages today and I'm at the top of page 43.

My scenes are good to go on the index cards up to the midpoint, so I'm good to go.

Feels very good.

I have to remember that this is the "vomit draft"

Word.

UPDATE ON MIKE CHEDA

Still waiting on a response after sending him MY response to HIS response to my original inquiry.

I know the guy is busy and this is a FREE service, so I'm not sweating the wait time at all.

Still nervous... still excited.

I'll let you know...

AVALANCHE!!!

On Triggerstreet.com, from July 15 - 22, I will be participating in what is called an "AVALANCHE"!

The goal is to write as many pages as possible during this time. You can right 100 pages per day, or you can take one of the days and write 100 pages. Or 400 for that matter. Or even 10! The higher the number the better as there are 'gate-keepers' who will be keeping count.

It's actually very exciting because I really need to pump out some pages this week on Club Love and this is going to kick me in the ass to do it!

Wish me luck!

And "God's Speed" to all the AVALANCHE participants!

Mike Cheda

I had read about Mike in STC. Mr. Snyder spoke highly of him so I visited his website. He is awesome! For FREE, I have emailed him my concept. He is going to do a quick analysis and tell me if it's marketable or not.

After sending him my title, logline, and tagline, he has emailed me back a question. Which is funny, because this is the 3rd or 4th person that has asked this question.

Basically, my logline is: "A heartbroken nerd takes a job at a nightclub in hopes of finding true love."

His question was, "What kind of nightclub? Just a bar or a strip club with lots of naked women doing lap dances?"

My thing is this... I would have said "strip club" if that's what I meant. But I think that there are a lot of people who think "nightclub" = "strip club".

I explained to him that it's a Hollywood dance nightclub and that I want to show the "hollywood" scene and then break it apart to show the not-so glamourous side of things.

So, now I'm waiting to hear what he has to say about my concept!!!

I'm both excited and nervous.

BACK IN L.A.

Well, I made it back, nice and safe! 18 straight days DJing on the Caribbean Princess!

What an adventure. I'm glad that you were all able to follow along with me to some extent through this BLOG. I have a few videos that I still need to post and put up, so look out for those!!!!

It was a great trip coming back into L.A. Got a little bit of sleep, but for the most part just listened to music and watched some of the programming they had on the TV. Cool CBS shows actually, so it was o.k.

My last pic of the ship:

My bags... did I come back with what I left with?

The view from my window seat wasn't too shabby, just over the wing, that's all:

Tired:

As we flew over LA, the lady next to me asked if there were fires going on... I sadly had to tell her, "It usually looks like this during summer"

MY FAMILY WAS IN FULL EFFECT TO PICK ME UP!!!

GOT HOME AND WAS SO SURPRISED!!!

THEN WE HAD SOME GOOD ASS EATS FROM THE BEST FAST-FOOD ON THE PLANET!!!

Thanks to everyone that I met out there on the ship, passengers and crew. It was a great time and I look forward to spinning again for Princess Cruise Lines!

Big Ups to DJ Zap (Alex), Brian, Darwin, Alex (Bar Crew)!!!!

LATE TO BERMUDA!

Wanted to give a quick update...

I guess something happened to one of the engines on the ship, so we're crusing along a bit slower than intended. We're getting into Bermuda a bit late and leaving slightly earlier so that we can make it back to NYC by Tuesday morning.

I only hope to make it to the beach in Bermuda and swim in the ocean there! Wish me luck!

Tonight at Skywalker's was jumpin'! I had the floor packed the entire night from 11:30p to 3:15a! Played all types of music and really got into a zone. Special Thanks goes out to my muse, she knows who she is ;-)

I even got through a page worth of crazy requests!!!!

Two more nights then back to L.A.

Ok, off to bed now... it is almost 5am!!!!!

STUCK... KIND OF...

Just broke into two. Fun & Games are underway and I'm stuck trying to get to my midpoint. I have the scenes written out on my index cards, but as I write each scene, it just feels strange. Not sure if it's the sequence of the scenes or the actual scenes themselves, but I really want to break through this so that I can get some solid writing done over the next few days while I'm still on my cruise.

I think that I'm 'thinking' too much right now. I started off strong because I kept my focus from the heart. And I think I have to keep doing that!

What will be the switch? What can I do that will just flip that switch from 'brain' to 'heart'?

When I find out, I will let you know.

ST. THOMAS, USVI

Last night at Skywalker's Nightclub was a little quiet. More than likely because people were tired from their day in San Juan and this morning, we got into St. Thomas at 7am!

Really tired today, so I'm planning on going back and sleeping until I have to work again tonight.

Right now, I'm sitting in a cool little coffee/food shop right off the ship having a turkey sandwich and some iced tea.

This is my view from where I'm sitting:

Hoping to iChat with Tee again, but with the time difference, I just don't know if we'll link up! I have to be back on the ship by 2:00p, so that's only an hour away from now!!!!

The weather is awesome here. Tropical as can be. Feels about 82 degrees with a nice breeze and party cloudy. It's even drizzling every few minutes! Reminds me of Hawaii and my honeymoon! Love it, love it.

Again, hanging out with DJ Zap from the ship. Good times, good conversations with a fellow DJ. He's from Ottawa, Canada, so it's great to hear about his stomping grounds and exciting to tell him about mine.

Off to Bermuda next. Not sure if I'm going to have interwebs over there, so I may not be able to update until I return!!!!!

I uploaded a few new pictures from yesterday's stop in San Juan as well. Some night shots of the ship and a couple shots from the entrance to Skywalker's Nightclub, so GO CHECK THEM OUT CLICK HERE!

SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO

In San Juan, Puerto Rico again today. Hanging out with DJ Zap (also a DJ from the ship). Went to Starbucks, got me a coffee frap with whip (yummy). Hooked up wi-fi there, which was FREE by the way... I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE STATES ARE SO HUNG UP ON CHARGING EVERYONE FOR FRIGGIN' WI-FI! We need to loosen up over there! Didn't have power there, so once Zap's computer went dead, we packed up and headed to a cool little spot called Cafe Berlin. They actually give you the password for their wi-fi!!! Amazing! Good food also!

Got to iChat with Teemaree for a while and that WAS DOPE!!!

Heading back soon to the ship to get some sleep and then get back to work tonight. Rocked the club last night and hoping for the same tonight!

Me in San Juan today:

UPDATE FROM GRAND TURK

What's good people. I'm in Grand Turk today. I have been trying to upload a few videos, but I'm having problems with that, so it doesn't look like I'll get them up until I get into San Juan tomorrow. I'm thinking I have to make the files smaller. I'll figure it out!

It was a rough night on the high seas. We hit some crazy weather and the ship was on major rock&roll mode. Put it this way, I had to work on keeping my footing while spinning last night! And there weren't many people dancing because people kept almost falling!

It was an early night, which I was happy for because I'm not feeling very well and I wanted to get some sleep! More than likely going to hit up the Dr. on the ship and get some sort of antibiotics or something. Too much smoke in the club every night and now it's gone from my chest to my sinuses!!! Damnit!!!!

It's a breezy day here in Grand Turk. The power keeps going out at the shops, but it comes back on pretty quickly. I had a smoothie at this shop called "Froots" and sat online there for a while and downloaded a few songs that they need on the ship for a wedding that's coming up.

Went to Margaritaville here and picked up a cool magnet for the fridge at home. They have a pool there and a DJ who was playing games with all the people there. It was good times. I took some pics that I will upload at my next stop.

Speaking of pictures. I have uploaded a grip of new pics for you to check out, so please go to the photogallery and enjoy: CLICK HERE

Here I am chilling online and typing out this BLOG

I was hoping to iChat with my baby Teemaree today, but she was hustling and bustling, so our video conference will have to wait another day. Man, do I miss her and the kids.

Aight, that's it for now. See ya in San Juan!

I wanted to do a quick entry via my iPhone while I still have reception!

Just left New York. Didnt have a chance to upload any videos or pictures because I had to DJ a wedding onboard the ship today!

Two days at sea and then Grand Turk! I will be uploading lots of pictures and videos for y'all to check out.

DYNAMITE JIVE IS HEARD IN PUERTO RICO!

Came across a music shop. Dude was bumpin' Reggaeton, but I figured I gotta slide him some BAGADOPE and tell him to hand that sh*t out to the peops of Puerto Rico!

Dude that was running the shop didn't seem too into it. But he was a nice guy and who knows, maybe he'll get it into the hands of some Hip Hop heads out there!

DYNAMITE JIVE REPPIN' ALL AROUND THE WORLD Y'ALL!

On the streets of San Juan, Puerto Rico

FIRST NIGHT @ SKYWALKER'S VIDEO

Here's a quickie vid from the first night up at the club.

Since this night, I have been playing the "Classic Rock" set EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! "Don't Stop Believing", "Living on a Prayer", "Mony Mony"... never fails to get all the older folks out and dancing - which is my job.

I'll do this at the beginning of the night and I have to tell all the younger kids that come up and say, "Are you gonna play Hip Hop?", that I have to put these folks to bed first, then we can rock the spot right!!!

It's actually kind of cool because I made a playlist called "Rock on Bro" and I have been collecting songs in there now for just this purpose! Funny funny stuff!

I've also made the "Make it Rain" playlist... cuz if I hear one more request for "Lollipop", I'ma kill someone!! hahaha. So I basically get all the kids with their drink and their 2-step, and we rock that set for a minute! "Shoulder Lean", "Pop, Lock, and Drop It", etc.

I also have a Party just Party playlist now that contains such classics as "Feeling Hot Hot Hot", "Conga", and some song I didn't even know existed called, "The Cuban Shuffle". Needless to say, this stuff gets the floor packed and even the kids get involved!!!

Good times, people, good times!

CARIBBEAN, HERE I COME!

Nothing like waiting until the morning of to really finish packing! Tee called me a 'diva' because I took all these bags. I guess she's right. But it is a 2-week trip!

So, off I went to the airport! Thanks Tee for driving me.

Went to check my 2 bags. Realized it's 1 bag free, then $25 for each additional bag. Forget that! I checked one and carried on the other and my backpack!

Got to my seat - WINDOW Y'ALL!

A few minutes later...

Here's a few pics I took along the way...

Are those crop circles???

I believe that this was the Mississippi River!

At about this point, I paid $4.00 for cheese and crackers. I feared being charged to use the restroom, so I just held it until I landed.

Sunset from the plane. What a sight!

Finally made it to NYC at about 9:50pm (EST). About a mile walk to baggage claim, but I saw this, which was comforting...

Saw D.L. Hughley while on my way to baggage claim - he was on my plane! Asked for a pic, but he was tired from the trip. No biggie, he was a nice guy either way!

Got my bag, another walk to the AirTrain, which took me to the Hotel Shuttle area, which I took over to the Holiday Inn JFK.

The room's not half bad...

Went downstairs and ate an appetizer of calamari, hot wings, and moosa-rella sticks!!! It was 'just ok'

Overall, it's been a great travel day and I'm looking forward to getting some sleep and heading out to the ship tomorrow morning.

(These are only select pictures for this post. I will be putting ALL of my pics up on a gallery soon. I'll post the link once that's available.)

PAGE 33

So I just hit page 33 last night of C.L.

There's one thing I'm regretting at this moment and that one things is actually finishing my index cards before I started to write.

I have my main points/plot twists down and I know where my story needs to go. But I just don't know HOW to make it go that way!

My main man just met the 'girl of his dreams' - or is she? - and I've introduced the conflict for the actual club itself. But now I'm not sure which scenes are going to contain and control the story.

I think I have to take a couple days and get some scenes figured out! I know for a fact that I have no clue what scenes will be in Act III, so I might as well sit and think about this for a couple days.

I knew I should have finished my 40 cards. (see STC)

Anyhoos, back to it!!!

Thanks for reading.

.dj.tony.j. @ SKYWALKER'S NIGHTCLUB ABOARD CARIBBEAN PRINCESS

I've been booked to DJ at Skywalker's Nightclub, which is aboard the beautiful Caribbean Princess. The trip leaves from NYC on June 13, travels to the Caribbean, and returns on July 1. The passengers aboard the cruise will be dancing to my mixes every night during the trip. I may even bless a pool party or two! Ya never know!

This is my first cruise and my first time to the Caribbean, so I'm really excited about it.

Look for pictures and video to be posted here on the official Tony J. World BLOG, as well as a Journal of my adventures!

MY CURRENT SCREENPLAY

The title: Club Love

Logline: A young, broken hearted nerd takes a job at a nightclub in hopes of finding true love.

Tagline: The wrong place, to the find the right one.

Treatment and synopsis have been registered with the WGA and as soon as I am complete with this one, it will be registered with the copyright office!

The idea for CL came to me about 12 years ago when I was heavily involved in the club scene here in Hollywood. At first, it was coming to me in flashes of scenes from the crazy shit that I have experienced. Then I started to think about the romantic part of what I was experiencing and I knew that I had to combine these two ideas.

Now, my view of things that happen out at the clubs in a bit skewed because I'm not your average club-goer. I'm a nerd. I'm not the "ladies-man". I'm more behind the scenes than actually creating the scenes. I'm a DJ myself, so I like to look at the workings within the machine. And being in this position allows me to see, from a third-party perspective, just how crazy things can get.

Now, my style is to make fun of as much shit as possible. So you know in this movie there is going to be a lot of exploitation on the stereotypes; the drunken club girls, the 'dick' doormen, the popular male promoter that nobody realizes is gay (not even himself), and of course, the DJs (both good and bad)! This is just to name a few of the "regulars" that you will encounter out there in the crazy nightlife world.

So, I had the idea sitting in my head, NOT ON THE PAPER WHERE IT BELONGS! It had gone through many iterations before I actually got more focused this year. The biggest problem was because I knew what I wanted to say, as far as the message of the film, but I didn't have my story. And I didn't have the theme exactly nailed either.

This year, after signing up on Triggerstreet.com, I started to really talk more about the screenplay, the idea, and the story with more and more people.

I have read many books on screenwriting. I've even taking college courses on the topic. But it wasn't until I purchased and read "Save The Cat", that everything changed for me. Not to say that I strictly go by what STC says - in fact, I actually combine a lot of the ideas from the many books that I have read - but STC helped to lighten things up and put things into a new perspective for me. It's toted as "The last book on screenwriting you'll ever need" and I have to say, this could be true! Another great book is the "The Screenwrter's Bible", so STC wasn't the last book I got or needed. Sorry Blake Snyder.

Save The Cat helped me get the logline right! And that in turn helped the theme. And actually, now that I think about it, talking to my wife REALLY helped me get the theme down. And talking to my daughter actually helped me get one of the major plot points figured out!

That's the point! Once you start talking about it, with as many people as possible, you will start to put it into existence!!!

So STC helped with the logline and the BS2 (you'll have to read the book to really understand) got me to "beat out" my story and figure out what the hell my main character is supposed to do! What obstacles must he face? What does he have to go through to reach his goal?

A lot of the events in CL are based on true occurrences, but of course, it's a movie, so there is some fictional things as well.

When it comes to the genre of this film, I always tell people that it's a Romantic Comedy (Rom-Com). But the more I think about it, it's a Coming of Age or Rite of Passage movie since it's really geared towards the goal of my main character. Which is more than just finding true love. It's about finding himself and facing one of his biggest oppositions (club life) in the process.

ANYWAYS... I have finally started to write Club Love. I am currently on page 29 and I am sure that I will be finishing the first draft very soon. I'm writing from the heart and then I will re-write from the head.

There are plenty of laughs and tears to be had at Club Love, so I hope that when this film gets sold and produced, you will go and see it!

More to come as I continue to write this puppy!

TRIGGERSTREET DOT COM

I gotta tell ya... I joined TriggerStreet.com in March and I couldn't be happier. I had read about the site in a screenwriting magazine so I checked it out that day and immediately signed up.

The purpose of the site is to give a community of filmmakers and sreenwriters the opportunity to have their peers analyze and give feedback on their work without any fear. They have a Short Films, Short Stories, Screenplays, and Books areas.

My focus is screenwriting, so that's what it's all about for me. There are rules set up so that you are required to review scripts and earn credits before you can actually have someone review scripts that you upload. There are some very talented, dedicated people that contribute to the site via the message boards and personal comments. This is a very nurturing community that will definitely help any screenwriter (especially this one) hone their skills and really achieve great things with their ideas.

At the moment, I'm taking on assignments and reviewing screenplays for various members. By doing this, I am building up credits so that when I upload my screenplays, I can immediately start to get some reviews!

The people on the site are so awesome. They are a definite cast of characters that lend to a great story within itself.

I would advise any screenwriter, beginning or seasoned, to join the site, build a profile, and share your knowledge and experiences.

WHY THIS BLOG?

I wanted a place to talk about all of my screenplay antics. My experiences. Good or bad.

I wanted someplace that I could actually start WRITING for goodness sakes!

I am about to dive into writing my 2nd screenplay and I wanted somewhere to document my journey.

Thus, this blog.

We'll see how things develop, huh?

Stay tuned.

ANOTHER SCREENING FOR TOUCH SOUND!

How cool is this?

This is the screening room at Warner Bros. Studios where TWO short films that I recently completed post audio on will be shown. The screening is on Friday, May 31, 2008.

The films are "Lucky Charm" (Written & Directed by H.M. Ostrove) and "Eminent Domain" (Written & Directed by Leigh Carlson).

It's a private screening (otherwise, I would ask every single one of you to come and check it out!)

I had to blog about it because it's just so exciting to hear my work in a large theater setting.

When I get the DVDs of the films I will be putting up scenes on the PROJECTS page of www.touchsound.com, so you will all be able to check them out.

TOUCH SOUND HITS THE SILVER SCREEN

Tony J. has recently completed work on "The Receptionist", a 20 minute short film that will be screened at The Regent Showcase Cinema in Hollywood, CA on Thursday, May 8, 2008. This will be the first time that Tony J.'s work will be heard in this large of a theater. Scenes from "The Receptionist" will be available for viewing soon on the PROJECTS page here on www.touchsound.com.

SCREENING OF 'THE RECEPTIONIST'

About 7 months ago, I was sitting in a movie theater in Granada Hills and when the movie was over, I said to myself, "I want to hear my sound work in a big theater one day." Well my friends, that day is today!

"The Receptionist" is a 20 minute short film that I did Sound Design, Re-Recording Mixing, Dialogue Editing, Effects Editing, ADR, etc. - the whole enchilada! - and tonight they are having a screening out in Hollywood.

The screening is taking place at The Regent Showcase Cinema, located at 614 N. La Brea, which is a 700 seat theater!

I'm so excited to hear my work and have an audience experience it in that environment as well.

There are a total of 7 short films being screened so it sounds like a great evening.

If you, my personal friends, can make it down, please do.

I WON'T FORGET SARAH MARSHALL!

I have to do a quick write up of this flick because it was a great little Rom-Com (Romantic Comedy) from Camp Apatow!

The vulgar stuff was done just right! Seeing Mr. Segel's frontal-flapstick was just the right amount of Non-Sexy to be funny! And the "Sex" scenes were done and gone quicker than a 13 year old boy's trip to a Chinese massage parlor, so it hit you quick and made you laugh and moved on... perfect!

Mila Kunis was looking good and actually didn't remind me at all of that stupid character she plays on that "70's" whatever show that I don't like anyways!

There was an awesome remake of "More Than Words" - originally released by 90's powerhouse group Extreme - by a group called "Aloha Sex Juice". The instrumentation and vocals are all in Hawaiian. This song alone actually made me add the soundtrack to my cart in iTunes. Not sure if I'll commit, but it's there just in case.

I really enjoyed the story and the development of the characters, especially Russell Brands character Aldous Snow. He is such a fuckin' douche when this flick starts and by the end, he's actually a normal "rock-star" dude... if there is such a thing, right?

After finding out that Jason Segel wrote this screenplay, I just have to say much respect to him. It's fantastic that he was able to make this movie and I look forward to seeing more movies that he writes! Kudos!!!

The only complaint I have is that I kept seeing the boom mic in the shots. There were three that really stood out. My good buddy, "granitemouse," says that it's the framing of the projector, not the actual boom operators fault. I have a difficult time living with that, but I trust his word, so I'll go with it. Hopefully, the theater that you see it in will not have this issue.

Go see this movie, that's what I say!
